Is this a select few play test or everyone who signed up?

Had the email, signed up, website said approved but now nothing? Every bit of wording seems to point towards this being for everyone who signed up but the longer I got with no code the more I doubt it. Just praying for an update on early access release if I miss out on this wave aswell :/
