Just Give A Straight Answer

The instructions posted by the community manager didn't apply to me at all. Regardless of the game not working on my PS5 it makes no sense that I also can't access the playtest forums as this has nothing to do with my PSN-EA linkage. 

This is clear evidence they mucked something up on their end and is the reason a lot of people that got the email can't access the game OR the playtest forums. 

Just say hey it's chalked and we messed up and be done with it. Crazy that it took this long to get such a non-helpful response that didn't involve any investigation.
