Kicked out of game for completing co-op mission

Sometimes, when I complete a co-op mission, I get the "failed to execute request" (error code: 305594340) error, then I am kicked out of the game. The mission does count as complete, but this is starting to get frustrating. This has not happened for me yet when completing a solo mission.
