Line/Combo Points Resetting Mid-Line

I've noticed fairly often that when I do a trick on to a grind or a grind to another grind, that the current line resets to 0. It makes some challenges where you need to do multiple tricks to get a total of something like 1000 points very frustrating.

Example: I do a 360 flip on to a ledge. The 360 flip gives me points mid air then when my board makes contacts with the ledge, the game resets my active points to 0 as if I didn't just do the 360 flip in sequence with the grind. It still shows up in the overall "Line" points below, but not on the current active trick combo.
