Manual grind inputs

I have been using rotated grinds since day 1 of skate and it’s gotten me through 700 hours of skate. grinds. I have recently tried finally using the way grinds were naturally intended to be used with the skatepedia inputs. Grinds look way smoother and cleaner that way. But… the slightest misput on a grind launches my skater to the ground.. or the nearest object. Not fun but otherwise I’m sure it’ll get fixed in the future. Small bug, big consequences.

Rotating grinds are definitely helpful but the thought of only using them for 700 hours sounds torturous! Grinds really are a bit of a wildcard in this game and there's a lot that goes into them.

I find that some grinds like Willy, Smith, Feeble are all made a lot easier by pushing forward on the left stick before and during your jump, which disengages the game's grind assist (even on zero grind assist it will still aim you for ledges to a degree) This allows you to jump parallel to a ledge/rail (or over it) and use the right stick to pivot the board to consistently land these tricks.

There are definitely some issues in the game with getting launched at high speeds off of rails, but it's always possible that just a few pointers could clear this whole thing up. A video would be really helpful

Hey Lightninboyy, thanks for reporting that. If you could please share a short clip showing the bug, that would be very helpful.
