MISSING IN GAME COSMETICS THAT I BOUGHT WITH MY OWN MONEY

Hi I bought some in game cosmetics that I boutght with my own money when playing your play test. Now that I have downloded the full game that has came out I noticed that the stuff that I purchased is not on my acccount. I feel like I got scamed of my money. If some how I can get my stuff back that will be greatly appreciated.
