Mission bug

Was going through the Stunting 101 mission, got to the objectives to dive into the canal and glide through the bridge supports and did all that. Now my mission progress is stuck at 3/3 steps complete, I am able to do other side missions like own the spot and daily missions but the main 'story' missions are stuck. I traveled back to the Stunting 101 mission location and there's nothing there, I've tracked and untracked it, restarted my game but still nothing.
