My code won't redeem
I got the code for my ps4 and when I put it in it comes up as the skate alpha but it won't let me redeem it, it comes up with some kind of error message. Has anyone else got this problem?

I had to log into psn on my phone's browser using the link in the email, then redeem the code there. It was added to the library on my ps4 in the purchased games and I downloaded it from there. Hope this helps.
