never got download

I was fully registered for the skate. playtest, it said I would receive an email with download instructions, but never did, any reason for this?

So i just started and got a terrible bug in the map tutorial and i always get stuck in the map and the game keeps making me go back into it. I don't know what to do and was very excited to play. :(

Can we get a random button/selection when choosing clothes, board items etc.
