new Skate. App downloaded from Ea Library

when on start menu to load in the game I get error code 1478078408 saying it couldnt connect to EA services. Im not sure why, my xbox is linked to my EA account. help? it works on xbox just fine.

(Btw trying to load it on PC) it works on xbox though.
