No email to play the Skate. playtest after being approved?

I was approved for the skate playtest starting today, about a week ago now, I did the survey and even though it bugged (like it did with most people) It said on my EA playtesting profile that I was still approved for the playtest,

But not the time for the playtest to start has came and gone, and I've still not revieved my email for game, ontop of this now when I log into my EA playtesting profile, it states "You do not have any upcoming playtests." how is this fair to not give me access now after preivously saying I have it???
