So I was accepted onto the playtesti9ng and recieved an email to say that I had to go onto my EA app on my PC and the file would be in there. The email my account is linked to is the same as my Xbox email and everything is linked as it should be as far as I am aware. However there is nothing in my app library for the playtest... Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix to get on board?

yes i have same issue but i got playstation.. have 2 friends that have it and they signed up after me they just skipped the hole linked account so it seems if you have a linked console your out of luck :/
Literally hundreds of other people have this issue but no one at EA is taking accountability or giving us any communication as to what is happening or if something has changed.
Then you just get chastised for mentioning it in the discord, tbh at this point it's a joke I've tried being nice and raising it properly but I'm actually getting annoyed now
Replying to say that I'm having the same issue. I've checked a few dozen times now, I'm logged into the account with the same email address that received the playtest email, I've cleared the cache, logged out and back in again. Still nothing.
I'm super excited to play with my friends and test things, but I can't do that without access to the game in the EA app.
I would be much happier if literally anyone said "We're working on it! You'll still get in" but no communication is crazy work. They wonder how rumors start and spread
One of my homies managed to get on the Xbox playtest sound after struggling with the error code, ended up being a linked account problem, but this is 100% the account linked to my email so god knows... I would've thought you'd have put a code in to receive it rather than the file just turning up in the library, but really hoping we can figure something out cause he's currently shredding and I'm sat on forums aha...
