No shirt on

It's the chest slider really. The way the appearance tab is laid out, they have made it inclusive (which is laudable, don't get me wrong) but there's then some concerns about how people would use the chest slider, because if you're using a "male" build (The game doesn't define that way, I'm using male as shorthand for assigned male at birth) the chest slider doesn't add man **bleep** to your character, it adds actual breasts. 

Obviously, if a "male" build goes shirtless but has the chest slider up that they have the kind of chest that you would expect an AFAB body to have, it raises some really nasty implications for the PEGI rating, because the bare chest would absolutely be classed as nudity. 

I think they could maybe have it limited, so that if your chest is over 10-20, or if you're using Build 2, 4, 6 or 8, you cannot go shirtless. That way it preserves the game's rating and allows people to go shirtless which is a fairly reasonable solution.
