No skate.cpt file after 5 months, help

I got accepted for the skate. playtest about 5 months ago, and I got the email saying I could play and the guide to play it, but there's no skate.cpt file in my library, I've tried many fixes on the forums such as logging out and logging in, clearing cache, re downloading and more, but still no skate cpt file, I really want to play the playtest and haven't been able too this entire time, Can anyone help?
