Nosebleed Grind

Skate trying to be THPS and those of us supporting the title are **bleep** heated beyond belief. Keep saying it and maybe EA will stop being a company that thinks LGBTQ and 80’s fever dreams are “skate culture”. EA knows skate culture as well as the kid that tells on you for skipping class to go skate 💯

I’m in the same exact boat. Haven’t even signed into EA website of any kind until this very moment to like this comment and reply. I, too, can say all the same, from beginning of the franchise player to what we’re on here talking about. This mission is a TONY HAWK mission. People aren’t pissed ENOUGH about this, I just lost my 20th clean run on this because of 3 different scenarios, one of them you mentioned (rail at the tail of the final ramp). It also will not allow you to properly get from the rail to the ground. Absolute ACTIVISION style **bleep**, from gameplay to the mission itself. Whatever non-skating THPS addict was allowed to make this mission is absolutely not acceptable. I went from happily supporting this game, both playing and purchasing, now I’m trying real hard not to reinstall the true Skate. (First one).  Beyond unacceptable, they’re trying to be like every other failed or soon-to-fail game and pandering to the audience that has no skill/ no idea what they’re talking about and punishing those of us who know ball and show them money.

this does not work.

It took awhile, but I somehow managed to complete it in 44.7 seconds.

• Skate forward and grab the first bearing without grinding.
• Turn left and grind the outside of the rail, the transfer will register without needing to hop over.
• The speed should be enough to get you to the top bearing.
• Once you start reversing back down the rail, hop off and jump to the inside of the rail.
• Upon reaching the bench, hold left to roll off the edge, don't jump, and you should be able to exit the grind with some luck.

All this might be obvious to you already, but maybe it might help.

"fairly consistent" at this point that's just misinformation. It's inherently based on whether or not the physics bug out or not on half a dozen occasions along the first half of the challenge alone before you even turn around. Why so quick to invalidate other peoples feedback? The policing of opinions/experiences is so forced in this community.

Nevermind less, It's ALL about luck. You are entirely beholden to the physics co-operating and it doing so is the exception not the rule. It's only rivialed by them adding a "complete 3 objectives in 3 stunt challenges" daily challenge on a day that only had 2 reoccurring stunt challenges. because that was actually a physical impossibility on all fronts

1000000% agree with you my dude. I work in software development/QA and there is no way anyone on their team actually tested/tried this challenge. They would've realized the mix of janky physics and unreasonable time limit make this boarder line impossible to complete. I've gotten it at like 47 seconds 5 times and it has me sooooo livid lol

That mixed with the time limit; like fix the crappy physics or get rid of the time limit 

Can't wait to see EA do NOTHING about it lol - yeah this challenge sucks on every level. Not in anyway a cool skate trick (its just a long **bleep** grind and a rail transfer), the games physics fight against you for every aspect, and the time they expect you to do it in is borderline impossible. 

See I have zero issues getting to the point you are talking about but its SOOOOOO frustrating. If you don't power slide going down (which is a pain in itself to do unless you have grind assist on like 0-25) you're going to fast to have any chance of getting the last 4 bearings as the physics are such **bleep** that  your character will fall off in the most ragdoll unrealistic way. But if you DO power slide or brake with the end of the board, then you do not have enough speed to finish in 45 seconds. As a person who works with software dev/QA its so apparent that no one on the team actually did the challenge. The time limit is suchhhhhhh overkill and is what makes it impossible
