Open Your Eyes locked
No idea what to do, can't start next mission. Just says its locked, no unlock conditions. Been skating around. Tried restarting game, console, even deleted game and re downloaded. Nothing works.

Having this exact issue
Join a party, first challenge popped up for me when I did that.dosent work
same i can skate around and i was able to do the first two mission now everything is locked
