I'm trying to get a refund on a mistaken purchase, and all I can get is an AI chatbot that takes me in circles over and over and over and over and over. Is it not possible to open a service ticket anymore? I can see my ticket history from a couple of years ago. It seems like all roads currently lead to me wasting good time talking to a bot that can't solve anything though. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll be honest with you most companies don't give refunds for DLC or game add-ons. I doubt EA will give you a refund but it is worth a shot.
Where the create ticket button used to be it is now only the chat bot. I am so sorry you have to use the bot. I tried it for 5 seconds and instantly gave up out of anger.
Thanks for the link, I had tried it but it doesn't apply to the situation I'm trying to contact them about. I'm not spending another penny on this game until they figure out some way to address it.
To be clear, for anyone who happens to come across this, "hold X" is how you purchase "Zine" items with tickets. It's also how you purchase tickets when you don't have enough for the highlighted item. As such, if you have a ton of tickets and are just spamming holding X over each one, it's very easy to accidentally purchase tickets, which is the boat I'm in.
