Other Players Placing Ramps
Overall, I am genuinely having fun with the game, which honestly surprised me given the ongoing frustration around the developers claiming to “listen to players” while ignoring one of the biggest criticisms: the game being online-only. That aside, the core gameplay itself is enjoyable.The biggest issue for me, however, is other players.
I understand this is an online game, but please allow us to disable other players or create private lobbies. Right now, they overcrowd the map and make the beautiful surroundings feel cheap and chaotic.A clear example is the church mega ramp. It’s one of the coolest spots in the game, but every time I go there I have to waste time disabling ramps and rails placed by others just to set up one clean run. Even then, I’m lucky to get through once before needing to disable more obstacles. Some props are placed in such strange spots that I can’t even remove them. The common advice of “just block those players” is not a real solution, it’s tedious, needs repeating every time I log in, and ignores the simpler fix:
private lobbies.
To be clear, I’m not against ramp placement as a feature. It clearly makes the game more fun for some people, especially in groups of friends. But being forced into shared spaces with randoms who can grief and clutter iconic areas is draining and frustrating. A toggle to disable players or the option for private lobbies would solve this neatly. Those who enjoy the current setup can keep it, while those who want a cleaner experience aren’t punished.
I’m not even asking for an offline mode (though that would be fantastic). Just give us private lobbies or player toggles. Without this, the frustration will push players awayecause as it stands, other people actively ruin the experience.
