Please fix this bug it won't let me play.

So when I got the game I was doing the tutorial sometimes when I run at the finish thing to get my skate board it freezing so I have to walk slow the  when I do the how to skate down the ramp as soon as I pressed y it freezing then it kicks me out but I keep trying but it won't let me play so if you guys see this please fix this big because I really want to play.
