Problem logging into the game
Well, I play on an Xbox One and I received the trial a few days ago, but every time I try to start the game it goes to a black screen and closes by itself, can you help me with this? Thank you very much.

Please I been pulling my hair out for 2 weeks or more not being able to log in or load the play test. I have tried everything that gets posted. Nothing works. Please EA. This is a huge issue, I didn't know it was this many of us having the issue. It was working fine and then you get shutdown at title screen. Thank you. And good luck to anyone having this issue. I hope to see you out on streets of San Vansterdam, guys. I just wanna come back home...
Have you tired changing your EA password? I was having issues getting in initially, and that solved my problem.
