Problems with DS4Windows PS4 controller

Question

I dont know why, but when im opening the game, it says that i cant use the software virtual controller while the game is running, and I have that option disabled so i dont know why do i get that message. Does anybody knows to repair that?

Have you tried using the controller wired?

I tried to connect the controller via cable but the pc just dont recognize it at all. I’ll try again tomorrow and upload a comment if it was the solution
