I received the email with the Playtesting code, but when I type this code into the PS store I get a message saying “this is not available in your region”.
Typing the code into the PS app also doesn’t work as it says the code is invalid.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?
No in my case it kept telling me i cant connect to servers and then i found out that somehow somebody connected their EA account to my PSN account without me knowing it... no email nothing
I got the exact same, I can’t find any assistance anywhere I tried support through EA. They said post here. I got banned from discord for saying they weren’t helpful as that’s abuse. This is just so frustrating as a day one player of the series that’s been waiting so SO long to play to not have any means of support in the testing.
I always fought their corner when people moaned about it taking too long to release but then get this experience…. Not cool.

I’m guessing our issue is to do with 1.a.
So in theory they should respond to me within 48 hours but it’s ea so who knows lol.
