Ps5 invite

I wasn’t able to complete the invite process because it was super buggy but when I refreshed it just showed it was approved and scheduled. I noticed people had to invite 3 friends and provide an email? I didn’t get to do any of that part due to the buggyness. Do I still get a code to my EA email or was I supposed to provide my PS email? My PS is linked with my ea account not sure if that would help.
