Error Code: 480232561 "Account Restricted"

Finally got invited to be a playtester, redeemed my code on the PlayStation account that is linked to my EA account. Downloaded the game, went to start it but I keep getting Error Code: 480232561 saying "Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features". I have tried all trouble shooting steps, Ea account and PlayStation accounts both in good standing, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried deleting cache, unlinked and relinked my PlayStation account and still getting the same error code. Tried chatting with a support person but they directed me to make a post here..

    Yeah its ridiculous. Multi billion dollar company and there tech support is absolutely horrendous. They just want you to follow all their trouble shooting steps but when those don't work they just have no clue
