PS5 Redeem Code CLOSED ALPHA

Just got my code emailed, entered it on PS store, clicked on PS5 closed alpha download and an error occurred and sent me back to the store. Now I re-enter the code and it says already claimed, but nothing is in the download.&nbsp;

Had the same issue! Look in your collection/library and it should be there ready to download.
