Regarding no game in library on EA App.

So this is the response I have received from live chat regarding the game file not showing up in the library as it says it should be in the email...

"Thank You for sharing the issue in the forum. I would like to inform you that we do not have direct option to contact to the concerned team. I would like to inform you that if you have alraedy posted the issue inthe forums then kindly wait for the team to investigate it further. As the playtesting and beta is not handled by us as there is the game team who can ,ake possible changes on their end , we as a chat support unable to make any changes. Hence I would like you to please wait for the response from the team. Had it been possible for me, to process the request for you, I will surely done that for you."

I think it is 100% just a wait for a response from the team and hope that they sort it soon, cause it seems there's a load of people in the same boat
