Request to swtich skate playtest platform

Hi, 

I was accepted into the SKate playtest and at the time of signing up I applied for PC, but I now only have access to play on Xbox, I recieved instructions for the PC version but I am wondering if it is possible to switch over access to Xbox instead. 

My ea account email and xbox gamertag are ready to be provided if needed, has anyone here successfully switched platforms, or could an ea staff memeber let me know if this is possible.
