Reset password not working

Been getting the “reset password” screen for a while, AFTER ALREADY RESETTING my password (mind you I already reset the password earlier last month…) EA, any fix? Cmon now…

    So, I had this problem too. Evidently, my PSN account was linked to a different EA account. I did get hacked a year or so ago so not sure if that was why but to my knowledge, I’ve only ever had one EA (and PSN) account. Anyway, I got with the EA help and they were able to unlink that old EA account. Then, I linked the correct one and I have had no problems since. I hope this helped! I’ve been searching everywhere trying to find the answer but couldn’t find it online anywhere.

    Thank you so much! I did try to relink my PSN and it said my account was assigned to a “@disabled.ea.com” account which I do not know at all. I gave up cause I thought there was no fixing it since it said I couldn’t reassign it. Gonna have to reach out to them and hope they can change it for me.

    EA Xbox told me they were unable to unlink my 2 Xbox accounts from me post a change mid Feb. they did switch my email after an hour of documentation

    mine was also assigned to the same email! I’m not sure where it came from. But yeah, they were able to unlink it themselves and then I could link mine and it’s been fine since!

    I see that you're discussing a few subjects here, and I want to make sure you have the information needed to get assistance in these cases. 

    If you see that your account email is @disabled.ea.com, you will need to reset your password to reactivate your account.
