Season Tix challenges

Pretty sure last couple seasons we'd get new seasonal Tix challenges every week on Tuesday, or you'd refresh the ones we already did to allow us to earn Tix from them again.  Well, it's Tuesday, I see no new seasonal challenges or refreshed challenges.  Are we stuck using Tasks to earn Tix for the rest of the season now or you guys just forget to update your game?  I understand it might be challenging when EA just fires everyone, regardless of how successful a game is (or in this case, isn't).

Can you ask the AI to update it?  Thanks.
