sent code for early access, redeemed through web browser but never downloaded

I was emailed for the play test and followed instructions to redeem through a web browser. It never downloaded on my Xbox and the code has been redeemed so won’t work on the Xbox store. Emailed them multiple times with no response. Any idea how to get it on my Xbox?
