since yesterday, it crashes after 5 seconds in game or after fast travel

before it was mostly fine, with occasional crashes.
but since yesterday, i just cant play anymore.
i spawn on that school district near the stadium and it crashes after a few seconds. trying to fast travel makes the same. unplayable since yesterday... :'7
