Skate’s “Dogpiss” trick gives the wrong button tutorial.
I’m not sure if it’s the same for all platforms but on Xbox the “Dogpiss” grab trick on Skate shows as LT + A whereas it’s actually LT + X to perform.

you don't have to hold the stick after you press to grab. its right stick down + L2, hold L2 and then press X. once you have the nosegrab locked in you don't need the stick input anymore. you don't need a third thumb or to do any wacky claw grip tactics.
For PS5 it says hold the R stick down, and then L2+X. How the hell am I supposed to do that comfortably? Also it doesn't work when I do the input
