Skate Drivers Outdated Errors
Ive been trying to play skate on my new PC and I keep getting a error saying I need to update my AMD Radeon drivers, Ive gone to the link they have put there and I have a special type of graphics card and I need a certain software, I found the soft ware but it only lets me update my drivers to version 22. Help. I did not have this problem with my old computer that was more for office work I currently have a gaming PC now.Bug/Glitch (Weird glitch to explain)
So I'm playing the Skate then I land on one of the purple area to complete the tutorial, then all of a sudden my game is glitched on the lady talking and the map keeps opening and closing and I can't move or nothing from this endless glitch. Ive restarted my game thousands of times, I've restored the license, I data rebuilt the ps5 then I un-installed and reinstalled it twice, i even deleted the data to the game to hopefully factory reset the acc because atp i didn't really care i haven't made much progress anyways and ilm still stuck on same exactly glitch, I gave the game a day to like hopefully somehow fix itself, I even checked if the game had updates and it didn't neither does my ps5. So I don't know what to do if someone can help.Skate not working after falling into map
I love skate but I did a trick in a community park my board went into the ramp then I fell through the map now whenever I start the game it’s just a black screen I’ve tried joining on a friend getting them to start a mission I can see their starting it but then nothing happensSkate 4 Early Access Issues With Player Guide System
I am writing this literally after my first 15 mins of playing the game (technically my first 2 hours). Basically first off I had a terrible experience when I was trying to hook up my controller and play, for some odd reason it was holding down my right stick nonstop, finally after so long of trying many different things I figured out I had to literally unplug ANYTHING extra from my PC. Second and this is the main reason Im writing this, DUDE the game takes control of my character WAYYYYY too much man, during the tutorial things where its teaching you all the basic controls and the flick it stuff and all that and even after that when you visit the city for the first time the game just takes control over my player so much its annoying. Literally every few seconds this girl is yapping in my ear and everytime she does this I cant control my character and I have to press and hold Y to "skip all" but yet it doesnt skip anything and a few seconds later shes doing it again. PLEASE dear lord remove this, I should be able to control my character at all times, or if you are going to do this to show a cutscene or talk about something just limit it VERY much and pick good times where it makes sense. I just want to play the friggin game man like please dude. Like I shouldnt be told to go grind this rail and then in the middle of me building up speed all of a sudden I cant control my character and or after I hit the rail and I have good speed built up and you want me to go do a kickflip down these staris I shouldnt have my Fing speed wiped out and my character frozen so you can yap to me and then I have to build back up speed again. Just let me control my character dude and tell me what you want me to do, the tutorial stuff should be setup so smooth and obvious where it just flows naturally anyways and it shouldnt need this stuff, I should just have a subtle voice in my ear saying hey that rail looks juicy, go grind that rail and then kickflip down the staircase afterwards. Try This If You're Having Crashing/Freezing Problems On Steam...
In your Steam library go to Skate & right-click on it Click Properties > Click Installed Files > Click Browse Now in the files search for the Skate exe (literally called "Skate") & right-click on it Click Properties > Click Compatibility > Check the boxes that say "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8" / "Disable full screen optimizations" / "Run this program as administrator" (I'm not saying it's the definitive fix for any and all problems, but checking these boxes has fixed a lot of my problems)
