Skate. Beta never had worked for me error code 480232561

I got accepted into the beta and downloaded it on my PS5 even though I signed up for PC but regardless I have not been able to get in past the main menu screen idk what to do I been contacting ea wee...

I'm getting the same error, and the ea account matches as well. What the heck is going on

I have no idea if you figure it out lmk everything is straight on my end even unlinked my Google and relinkied it on the right account the one that's linked to my PS5 even unlinked an relinked my PSN account to the right ea account very confusing I just wish I could play
