I got accepted into the beta and downloaded it on my PS5 even though I signed up for PC but regardless I have not been able to get in past the main menu screen idk what to do I been contacting ea weekly... I just want to play I feel so left out

I just don't understand... like we were invited for it. Today is the 11th. I doubt it's overcrowed lobbies, they would have planned for the amount of people.

I downloaded the PS5 version and get the same error and stuck configuring screen everyone is talking about. I have restarted my console numerous times and closed the game. Still nothing. Should I download the PS4 version?
Same been trying since 7:30pm EST. First I never got the code until 6:55pm.
Originally I got two different errors. Now it just sits at configuring on PS5.
Same thing here on Xbox series x. 9:52 eastern time. I’ve been waiting years for this.. it’s within the grasp of my fingertips, yet so far, far away.
Update‼️
Potential fix: I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it. While waiting for the install I watched YouTube videos. I waited for the game to fully download and fully install. I went to play it and it worked. It said configuring for a sec which got me thinking it still didn’t work but it end up showing me the ToS screen and it bootes right into the character selection. Hope this helps you guys also
