Skate. Characterisation and in game control issues

I downloaded Skate. And was so disappointed that they basically scrapped all of the games reputation with terrible bot like characterisation cosmetics and awful in game controls. Some are a good concept but in the functionality of a Skate. Game they do not work and literally make the game feel as I'd it is a bad excuse for a title. 

Skate needs the same controls ad the previous games, the idea of climbing is a good concept but why can I climb when I am not near a claimable object. I fell over on a rail and it started climbing as if I was trying to get on top of the rail.

Skate used to be much better when you just jump onto an object or place a ramp to climb. The climb function is not even necessary. A much better approach would be to have points on the map that your character can automatically climb. Just by approaching and moving forward. Dismount should be the jump function and you automatically bail.

Another issue is the tumble function. It is not needed and you can't actually jump during roll like in classic Skate.

My main issues are the controls not being classic controls even though they are saved as classic. The game didn't allow for Nellie tricks unless set to experienced and also a strange spaghetti character shows you the tricks you are learning before you try them which is annoying and not cool at all. I should have the option to do a test trick or not a cool skater bro should come up and tell me a sick story about his tripple Nellie front side swifty slide that he was trying and ask me if I can demonstrate how it's done. I should be able to refuse this. They also need a skydive function and a better hall of meat that the previous game. It was the one part I was looking forward to 

Please fire all of your staff except for the map creators and fix all the characterisation issues, shop, trick guide... which isn't really needed etc

I love skate... whatever Skate. is its not the Skate we know and love and we're looking forward to playing. I am so disappointed and hope that these issues are resolved if and when a full game is released. Sad face 😞
