i asked on discord where my code was at and how long it should take. i instantly get timed out and spammed with 💀 emojis all cause i asked where my code was

Skate discord isn't an official playtest discord so talking about receiving the code is against the confidentiality agreement or whatever. But yeah they really should setup a play test discord and send an invite with everyone who got a code and then off their ability to send invites to anyone.
