Skate game error on PlayStation – can’t play at all

Dear EA Support,

I’m having a serious issue with the Skate game on my PlayStation console.

Every time I launch the game, it shows a PlayStation error message (“Something went wrong with this game”) within a couple of seconds, and then immediately closes.

Because of this, I can’t play at all — the game crashes after about 2 seconds.

I have an active subscription and I was really looking forward to playing, but this issue makes it impossible.

I’ve already tried restarting the console, updating the system, and reinstalling the game, but nothing helps.

Please look into this problem and help me fix it so I can play again.
