Skate. not showing up in my library

I have waited since July 22 to this day that i would get the game on my ea app but its still not there. I got the email with instructions but the game is not showing up on my EA library. I've tried so far:

•  clearing cache
• restarted the app everyday from July 22
• asked ea support (they couldn't help)
• Asked live chat support (gave me same solutions i tried already)
• tried every email i have on ea app just in case it somehow got to a different account
• reinstalled the app 3 times
• Viewing account order history

 I even have the Skate CPT files are on my computer, but the game is nowhere to be seen. I thought all i can do is just wait but its still not there. Is there any way you could help or did i just not make the playtest even tho i got the email?

I've waited this game for so long and Skate 3 was my childhood game and i was so excited to playtest this and i'm so sad that it doesn't work

Do yall have any suggestions or solutions to this??
