Skate on PS5

I’ll start out saying the gameplay is good, could use minor tweaks to feel and maybe a true tutorial on mechanics for beginners but overall it’s good.

The city gets really boring once you’ve skated everywhere— even though the community parks keep it fresh but even that can get boring after a little while.

Game verbiage, multi-currency confusion, dorky outfits and customizations, along with the fact it has no soul are the biggest opportunities for this game. It feels like an out of touch billionaire, who recently googled ‘skateboarding culture in America’, forced their money to direct their ‘idea’ for the game. 

Like I said, the game has no soul and is missing a community element that it pushes for— why not create community lobbies (not parties) for missions. I understand you can create parties but make lobbies instead don’t make invites awkward.

Lastly, stop the pay to play, token style winnings where you have financial leverage on trends like Fortnite or COD— re-google: ‘Skateboarding culture in America’. It’s really getting old. I’m done, but stop reminding me 1,000 times of which prize I won/earned!
