Skate. Play test survey error *help*

Hello. I just received the play test email this morning and am very excited! I clicked the link to fill out the survey, filled it out, then got to the invite friends part. When I clicked yes invite friends, the survey white screened, froze and booted me. When I go back and click the survey I get the “your survey was interrupted” error message (see attachment). I would like to 

  1. Somehow confirm if my survey was submitted so I can receive the download email to play test
  2. see if I’m still able to invite up to 3 friends

any help would be greatly appreciated as I would very much like to play test

    God help me I got an error doing exactly what it said to and it said my credentials have expired everytime I try and log in then i refresh the page and it says Alert cant be displayed this survey might be open in another tab, but its not and now its gone and im depressed

    Mine also says same thing, but it does at least say approved at the home screen
