Hello I downloaded the playtest for skate and when I would load it up I kept getting an error code. I contacted EA and they told me solutions to try and fix it and one of the solutions was to delete it and redownload the game. Now it’s completely gone because I already used the code for the game. PLEASE HELP 😭
The game is in your library but it won’t help I m trying for 15 yours now reinstalled it to many times

I'm running into the same issue. Haven't been able to actually get into the game.
Did your email with instructions on installation contain your gamertag or Playstation username? Mine was blank, so I wonder if that has something to do with it.
same exact issue for me. i emailed them and they said this was a known issue based on region codes (in an automated faq btw), and i'm waiting to hear
