Long loading times

Hi there. Thanks for the report. Since you are on PS4, could you confirm if the game gets stuck on a specific loading message, like configuring or loading into San Van?

Please also let us know if you are using WiFi or a wired connection, and whether this happens every time you launch the game.

same even when i try to reload a session marker. it’s frustrating asf

yes it happens everytime i launch the game. i’m playing on playstation 4 and use wifi

I have the same issue. PS4 on WiFi. Endless loading on Welcome to… pages when trying to enter or leave Grom or the Stadium.

If possible, could you try connecting your PS4 to your router using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi and let us know if the issue persists? This will help us determine whether the connection type may be contributing to the problem.

i don’t own an ethernet cable and won’t be able to get one anytime soon

If Ethernet isn’t an option, could you try a few Wi-Fi troubleshooting steps instead?

Please try restarting your PS4 and router, then reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network before launching the game again. It may also help to move the PS4 closer to the router if possible, reduce other devices using the connection, or try a different Wi-Fi network/mobile hotspot briefly to see if the loading issue still happens.

If the issue continues, please let us know whether you’re seeing any error message, where exactly the loading gets stuck, and whether your PS4 connection test shows anything unusual.

Seems like connecting via Ethernet cable has worked for me. Thanks

This was working for a time but now seems to have gone backwards again. Even with an Ethernet connection, crashes happen about 50% of the time when entering or exiting Stadium, Isle of Grom or any challenges. 

Also when joining a party and starting an OTL challenge the game crashes every time. Screen goes totally black on starting the challenge. This is really frustrating given how difficult it is to find other players to participate in group challenges.
