Several others have reported similar issues, and according to EA help once the form is submitted, even if by mistake or an error, then nothing else can be done. I really do hope they realize this affected several testers, and is a loss on their testing that many of us don't get to experience the game with friends because of an error on the form submission. Hopefully that way we get a second chance at inviting friends 🤞

had this exact same issue and found other threads about it. one of my friends took just a few minutes to respond and when i went back to put in the third email, the survey was gone and on my account it simply said i was accepted and couldn't complete it. i reached out to these friends, got em hyped to play when it starts and then had to tell all of them, "welp my bad nevermind." I'm sure it's happened for a ton of people; really hope they do something about this for everyone affected.

I was at the page where I had to copy the URL to send to my friends and I clicked on it by accident and the same thing happen to me now I can't invite them. I believe they did need that URL in order to play. it's a shame I wanted to play with the homies
