Still stuck on step 3/8. Says I gotta do crew challenges, but idk where those are or the tri towers lol Do I need to invite people to a party for "crew challenges" to pop up or something?
There is a group of three challenges near the tall buildings. You have to redo two of them again and it should let you progress.

Yeh for some reason you have to go and redo 2 of the 3. Its weird. Guess its sorta like placing a session marker down prior to it saying, then having to replace it when they ask before you can continue.
