Story Missions Broken

I had an issue where the game crashed quite a while ago when trying to complete the story mission about placing ramps (It may have still been during the insider playtesting period) and when I reloaded the game that story mission disappeared and none have appeared since. I've just now completed all the missions and got to max level In all 3 zones but still don't have the quick travel point at M Corp Tower I think because of this. Is there any way to get my story missions back?
