Stuck at Tri-Towers

My friend is stuck at this tour why i dont know ive had its flip trick to grind with a sequence score of 2.5k i made him flip in grind flip out manny so on flip trick manny flip grind flip out manny you get the point and nothings counting and he isent able to join my party either however on my end everything is completly fine just a bit confused
