Stuck in a quest about Bird Poo (?)

Hi guys, been playing since yesterday and I have a quest where you need to grab some trash and grind some bird poo of the benches and ledges, but in the last part of the task I can't grind the last bird poo because it does not appear to me, I've tried grinding everything in the canals but can't get past that quest. Any tips?
