stuck in tutorial - no fix - nice launch :)

W launch, seriously :). Im softlocked in the tutorial and i tried every shenanigans in the book. The only thing google tells me: "create new account". Like are yall for real. Im relogging by the minute, to be met with a queue just to NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY. How is this NOT fixed?
