Stuck on mission

I have been stuck on the mission, Tour 1: Skater eyes tradition skating 101 since the game became public I’ve restarted it over and over deleted the game done other missions and joined party’s to do other missions and the same one I’m stuck on but nothing has worked I really want to play the game and progress if anyone has any ideas please let me know
